Great experience for a serious concern. Everything was handled extremely well. HIghly recommend to anyone with breathing problems at night. Start here. You may find it is not sleep apnea. absolutely be going back. They were so kind and attentive to me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Egan is really a very special person and she has made me feel very comfortable talking with her about my problems, both for a lingering ear infection that had been inadequately treated before she went the extra analytical mile, but also for my hyper-pigmentation that has plagued me for a number of years now. I went to Dr, Egan for some advice a few months ago, and I can say now. I am one very happy patient! I am 48 years old and have been dealing with acne on and off all my life. She has developed a product line that actually works! I don’t even know how many thousands of dollars I have spent trying to get it “right” over the years. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I felt very involved in my treatment method here. They made me feel like my opinion mattered and carefully listened to all of my input in regards to treatment.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
