The best !!!! Totally trust her diagnosis and treatment. Saved my lips!! I was told by my oral surgeon that I needed a lip biopsy as he suspected a possible cancer. I wanted a second opinion and went to Dr. Egan. I have been to Dr. Egan before for other matters and I thought she would be a good choice for a second opinion. Dr Egan resolved my illness to my full satisfaction. I would recommend her anytime with issues in her field.
I am a voice artist. I picked up a bug on a trip to Mexico resulting in numerous sinus infections, which put me out of work. Dr. Egan guided me through this nightmare, eliminating the source of the infections. She performed a sinuplasty correcting years-old issues with my sinuses and - ultimately - my vocal cords. (post nasal drip) Prior to the surgery, she assured me I would benefit from this procedure. Unless you want to be taken advantage of avoid this office. The office is dirty and the treatment coordinator is the rude, greedy and unprofessional. As a healthcare professional I understand the the results of certain procedures can never be guaranteed, but when treatment fails due to the negligence of the doctor the office should take accountability. I suffered a terrible fall and fractured my cheekbone. The ER woke Dr. Egan up to share the Cat Scan information with her. She made space for me to immediately see her and I was in surgery within 6 days as this is crucial to aligning the bone. I have also used her for sinus problems and she removed an HPV lesion from my mouth. I can't praise Dr. Egan and her staff enough for how helpful and caring they all are...it is good to know that you are in good hands.
Sorry for the short review, but...I went here for a single procedure and Dr. Egan found through my CT other problems. She had me scheduled for surgery and completed it in a week. I haven't breathed this well in 30 years or more. She is a great surgeon and knows her business. Office staff was great, hospital was great. I feel great. She was very responsive to questions and even moved at a faster than normal schedule to accommodate my work schedule. Absolutely top marks in all regards.
Never ever see this Dr. Again! Rude doctor, rude staff and dirty office. I have sinusitis, which I had known before I visited her. The doctor talk to me about 8 min and checked me out less than 2 min and prescribed the antibiotic which I had been used. And the bill came will $800. She charges some procedure I never had. I called the office, the one who answer my phone was quite rude. She hung up me several times. Promise will call me back but never happened. The staff here is friendly. Dr. Egan is great, too. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. She answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed. I do plan on recommending her to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. I'm really impressed. They really care about patient comfort at this office.
