I usually do not write reviews but Dr. Egan was the answer to our prayers. Our daughter has suffered with chronic sinus infections for 2 years and had been treated by her physician as well as another Allergy/Immunology doctor. We were finally referred to Dr. Egan and now my daughter is healthy again and able to breathe through her nose for the first time in a very long time. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Dr. Egan is a great doctor. I came to her with my allergy issues and she diagnosed me and gave me a solution. In 3 days, my symptoms and severe allergy issues went away!! She also did my deviated septum surgery and did a great job! When I had to call the next day because I had questions, she immediately returned my call. Her office and staff are very nice and punctual - I never have to wait very long for anything. Dr. Egan listens well and gives her honest opinion. I highly recommend her as an ENT. She ROCKS!

. TERRIBLE!!!!! Horrible experience. My daughter had a piece of plastic stuck in her nose. She is only 2 and she was really scared. Dr. Egan was not able to touch her, much less look up her nose to see the object. She recommended my daughter needed to be sedated and tried to make an appointment for a later date. I dind't make the appointment with her and called my insurance and found another doctor in-network that performed the procedure. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Being a man I had no idea nor did I care anything about facial blemishes or age spots until my wife suggested a visit to Dr. Egan. I am glad I did. Dr. Egan recommended a procedure to remove a few of my blemishes and age spots. The treatment was very successful utilizing bleaching pads at home and an in office “Intense Pulsed light therapy” treatment. I am very satisfied with the results of my treatment and Dr. Egan’s services. She is very knowledgeable and personable with excellent communication skills.

I highly recommend Dr. Egan. I was very concerned about a growth in my throat. She quickly diagnosed the problem and within a couple of weeks, I was scheduled for surgery and she removed the growth/polyp. I had a quick and easy recovery. She is very professional and answered all my questions.
