KMS was tasked with packing and shipping my recumbent bike (no easy task). They did a great job all the way from fixing stripped screws on the bottle cages, packing it carefully, writing all the stuff on the box I asked them to, and making sure it got to San Diego when I needed it to. I walked into Bernies Bike Shop (San Diego) yesterday afternoon, and found out the box had arrived 20 minutes earlier. I had it available to me for riding yesterday by 4:30 pm! When I was bicycle crossing America in the frozen winte season, the spokes and the rim were damaged and they were repaired. Mechanic who responded and the staff of the shop were kind and respectfully corresponded and I really appreciate it! Thank you very much!!!

Best outdoor sports shop in Colorado. Check them out in Alamosa or Del Norte. Also be sure to see their online selection. They have it all!
The folks at Kristi really made it happen for us. When we realized last minute that we needed to rent some mountain bikes to get to the Lindsey trailhead they went all out for us. They had to have one of the bikes brought from their other location and let us come in after hours to pick the bikes up. They set us up and made sure we even had a bike lock. Can't say enough about the customer service and how friendly everyone was.
