I am a new patient. Twice now I cannot get the nurse/dr to return my call about some lab test i had. Not sure if I will stay with this Dr. Completely unacceptable.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Updegraff to others. I have been in search of a doctor that sincerely cares for their patients for a long time (a doctor who talks to you and takes time to LISTEN to you and your concerns and questions). Well, I have found this in Dr. Updegraff. I am thankful for the recommendations from friends to go to her. I am looking forward to being a patient of hers. (Oh, and an added bonus: Her staff is very friendly as well! I don't even mind the lobby wait!)

Dr. Updegraff has an excellent bedside manner and I feel confident that she has my best interest at heart in regard to my health and overall well-being. She takes the time to listen to her patients, is very caring and it shows. The office staff are generally efficient and courteous but the lady at checkout has a bad attitude.
