She was very sorry for what I went through.
Dealing with this office has been a nightmare. It has been Almost a month trying to correct a bill for blood work, which Only has to be resubmitted as medical to LabCorp, but the office manager at this office refuses to correct. The billing department corrected most of the bloodwork that they could but there was one left the office manager needed to correct and she refuses to do it. Dr. Updegraff is everything you would want in a doctor. Besides being thorough and providing the most up-to-date medical care/advice, she is a compassionate caring person. She is by far, the best doctor I have ever had.
I’m truly amazed at the professionalism and level of care Dr. Updegraff provides her patients. She’s undoubtedly one of the best physicians in Savannah!
