Worst medical care here I was admitted for two weeks in a hospital and suppose to be check by law when you get out and they rescheduled me as soon as I walked in !! I’m 23 years old with severe medical issues and it is no joke my pain is so bad I can not stand it I went back to the emergency room the other day! Everytime it’s they are out of the office well maybe get some providers that are in the office to see patients !! I was a patient of Dr. Chandlers for 2 yrs. Hands down, worst medical professional I’ve ever encountered. Horrible bedside manners. Screwed up ordering tests for me, resulting in me being rushed to the ER twice in the same day. (Called me and told me it was “her bad” after the first test) Took 6 months and about 57 phone calls to get ALMOST fully reimbursed for my insurance double dipping me for her mistake. Those that had good insurance that now must rely on medicare can call and make appointments at this doctors office. Only to be called hours later by office staff telling them that they must cancel the appointment. This has been done several times. Clearly if you have a serious medical problem and you must see a doctor you are discriminated against and refused care at this practice because they don't want to deal with the lower payments they recieve from the lesser insurance companies. The staff are always very courteous, Dr Chandler is always accommodating and very prompt in regards to my issues.
