Our insurance set Doctor Krissa George to be our primary care physician. And trying to schedule a sick visit appointment for 3 days already and scheduler saying that she’s not available till September 25?! What kind of doctor says to not take sick patients for 2 months? FYI it’s July 23rd. It’s something with a doctor or scheduler. I tried to connect directly to the office, been on hold for 45min and system disconnected me, afterwards no one called me back. So far the worst experience ever.
My kids have Chip insurance and it turned out that it is quite difficult to find a good pediatrician who takes it, do not know why. Until i found Dr. George. I called them, the person on the phone was extremely kind, she made an appointment and I hadn’t wait for month or so to see the doctor. Same week, just imagine. The front desk is very friendly, inside the waiting area and examination rooms it is very clean. The doctor is very impressive. She spend alot of time talking to us.
