I am a frequent customer at Krispy’s on Hillside and have tried just about every item off of the menu. I just love that you get sooo much food for such a great price! Last night, I went to the Derby location and had the 1 fish 6 shrimp mixed platter. The service was great and I received all of the sauces I asked for, which included spicy ranch, tarter, and cocktail sauce. The staff was extremely friendly at this location too! Tried Krispy's in Derby for the first time tonight and my whole family loved and that is saying something my husband and I each got a chicken fried steak meal and my daughters got chicken tenders meals we will definitely be back and will recommend Krispy's to friends and family.

Stopped there today on way thru Derby. I thought the chicken lacked flavor and was surprisingly not hot. Was there about 1:30 and just tasted like the chicken had been sitting for sometime. I expected there to be a lot of good seasoning on the chicken but there wasn't. Didn't even taste like there was salt very bland and disappointing. Was told the fried Mac n cheese was great only had 2 sizes small 5 and large 10. Menu had $1.79 for small so thought ok will try. Then rang up $3. Delicioso! Had shrimp po boy fried mac n cheese & had a piece of crunchy, juicy, fried chicken. Also dipped my jalapeno poppers in ranch which sent me over the edge. This is the way fried food is supposed to be.
First time tonight it was great and the chicken pieces were huge. Can't wait to go back.
Checked out the new Derby location tonight. It was packed and the food was excellent!
Based on a three piece mixed chicken I am 100% certain that I am going back, and confident that every one should give it a try.
Out of this world good.. And the pumpkin roll s...wow so good
