We got chicken at the derby location last Wednesday and it was pretty good, then this afternoon (430) we got catfish it was like leather, i think its been under the warming light since noon. I think most people wouldn't mind waiting for fresh fish, and this catfish shouldn't of been served.
Went there for dinner and the place was crazy busy. Ordered some tenders and waffles and my friends ordered chicken. There was a little wait but well worth it! Food was good!
My favorite place nice and cheap always friendly an they already know what I want as soon as I walk in
I have been here 5 times since they opened I Derby. I have had friendly service, good food....sure, I've had to wait a bit at times, but it's always been hot and fresh. When a new place opens, you can expect some kinks. Keep up the good work Kripsy's.
My hubby and I ate there Saturday night about 630 ish not to busy. Customer service not bad but not friendly either. We both ordered mixed platters. I got the catfish with chicken tenders the tenders were bland and soggy with hardly any bredding. Portion size on the sides not worth the price but the fried mac and cheese were good only get 3 tiny onez to an order corn nuggets very good 7 or 8 to an order, catfish was actually very good fries were bland and soggy. Best chicken in town by far haven't been to the derby location but I'm sure it's just as great!!!!!
I ordered the two piece dark meat and thought it lacked flavor. Loved how nice and crunchy it was, but very bland. My husband liked his shrimp po boy, but said its not worth the drive to go back. I really wasn't excited about getting our order in three pieces. I would've liked them to get the entire order ready before calling me up to get my food.
