Once I saw what ophthalmology was all about, I was intrigued. It was exciting to know I could change people's vision. When I meet a new patient, my primary goal is to understand why it is they're here to see me. I can only do that by learning a little bit about who they are. I try to be very approachable and listen to them so I can ensure that all of their questions are answered and they'll get the treatment they came for.

Dr. Kris Gillian was professional with me for the multifocal lens implants using Lasik surgery. Pre-surgery consultation was easy to understand the options for cataract surgery and pricing, as well as the medication regiment. One eye was operated on at Northside Hospital with the second eye surgery two weeks later. I highly recommend Dr. Gillian for cataract surgery as well as the multifocal lens. It’s three weeks since the second implant and I have been able to read and see afar.
My biggest complaint is that I can only leave five stars. The Dr., group, and hospital deserve more. I was EXTREMELY nearsighted, and wore contacts for over 50 years. And then developed cataracts. Dr. Gillian was not only able to remove the cataracts in both eyes, but put in lenses that corrected my vision, and I can see wonderfully without any lenses. The procedure was quick, painless, and I walked out seeing! I HIGHLY recommend him. Contact me if you have any questions.
I did not realize how bad my vision had gotten over the years. With Dr Gillian’s expertise I can now see to drive at night and do not feel constantly tired from trying to hmake Ltd my eyes open. Dr Gillian performed cataract and eye lid surgery on me and I would whole heartily recommend him for these procedures. I had no issues and healed well after both surgeries. Great surgeon and seems like a great person in general. 5 plus stars.
My cataract surgery was a total success and painless. I was very apprehensive as I am claustrophobic and sensitive about anything touching my eyes. I'm not even comfortable using eye makeup! Dr. Gillian was sensitive to my needs. He did a wonderful job, and I couldn't be happier.
Dr. Gillian and the staff at Ga Eye Associates are a well disciplined team. I highly recommend receiving eye care here and especially under the care of Dr. Gillian. The staff is friendly and competent in their areas of expertise . I had cataract surgery for both eyes with excellent results. Dr. Gillian is down to earth, extremely professional and a highly skilled surgeon, The surgery was done at Gwinnett Medical Center, an outstanding facility and staff.
I have seen Dr. Gillian for my routine eye care for the past few years, and I find him to be very personable and professional. He has been following my cataracts for me but says I am not ready for surgery quite yet. I appreciate his waiting for the right time. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this physician and this practice!
WARNING! I had blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Gillian less than 1 yr ago. I have excessive scare tissue on the outer corners of my eyes. The inside corners of my lids have excessive sagging skin. Eyes are not symmetric (they were prior to the surgery). Scars on my lids are very lumpy and the sagging skin on my lids cover my eyeliner. He offered to correct some of the issues, but considering the terrible mess he left me with I declined. Insurance will not cover procedure again, I have to pay.

My recent cataract surgery exceeded my expectations! Dr. Gillian advised me that Torik lenses may not be the best choice for me due to irregularity in my eye. I took his recommendation to use standard lenses and the results are fantastic and I saved $2400 in extra charges for the Torik lens. Dr. Gillian explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I definitely would recommend Dr. Gillian to anyone in need of eye surgery.
