I had a car accident and the party that hit me did not have any automobile insurance. Jay was able to review my own insurance policy and determine that I had Uninsured Motorist Coverage for this type of a problem. The insurance company did not want to pay initially. After Jay got involved and filed a Civil Remedy Notice with the State of Florida, my claim settled for the policy limits that I had.
