Well, I've been in here a couple times. Food tastes great but the service is horrible. Every time I come in they tell me my pizza will take 20 minutes. Every time it taken over an hour on a pick up and so far I've waited over an hour and a half since I ordered it over the phone. I think they forgot about my pizza. They have also gotten every single one of my orders wrong. The best they could do is "sorry".
They opened the day I moved here and it was amazing then and has only improved. First place to bring me food in my house...sitting in the middle of the floor with no furniture around the box. Never had better tasting pizza than on that hungry, exhausted day.

Just waited two hours for over priced, COLD, soggy food. I am livid! Will never order from here again. I can't believe so many people talk this place up. Word of mouth could've never been so wrong.
The MEATY was excellent! I think I'm going to have to try every pizza 🍕 on their menu! Great atmosphere!
Typically come for Saturday night trivia and it's ALWAYS packed. Great selection of unique pizzas, salads, craft beer list (no liquor sold on site) and some of the biggest wings in The Fort. Service is speedy and friendly. Looking forward to their 2nd location so delivery isn't such a long wait, but hard to argue when business is doing so good.
We order Krazy Karls a lot. I work in food service and understand the constraints of 1 store and the demand of such a great product! Tonight we had a bit of a rough go. I called in a pick-up order, got there on time, waited 12+ min in line to pay, waited 5 more minutes for my pizza. Walked out the door, checked the box----wrong pizza. They called out an "on the fly POW." 3 minutes later they hand me the POW and I leave. When walking to the car I notice the pizza is not hot.
