They have great pizza with a great variety that you can't get anywhere else. Their wings actually have flavor and spice, and their sides/desserts are awesome. Everytime I order online, they call to let me know when they're on their way and their always super nice.
Mediocre pizza at best, abysmal service with a cocky & childish attitude seems to be the norm. Then they claim it's bc they're too busy to provide even the slightest notion of customer service. Being busy isn't a crime but treating your customers like idiots and jerks when you mess up routinely and fail to offer an apology in any manner is just poor business. Dare to comment with a critique and they will delete it as fast as possible. Literally any other place in town is better.
If you have a gluten intolerance; don't bother with the gluten free pizza crust. They admit that it will be contaminated and don't care if you react. Why bother K.K.? :/

The staff is great, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is unbeatable! Love everything about Krazy karls; BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!
There's a reason Karl's has hella long delivery times and it's because it's obviously amazing. Its funny how so many of the people giving one star say "it's usually good but. . ." So even their bad reviews aren't even bad. A place as busy as this is worth the wait. Karl's will always have a special place in my heart (and stomach)
