our first time at Krazy Karl's, we went to the new location, my only complaint is the place is incredibly loud you can't even have a conversation and I could not hear the server when he was explaining something. But the food was delish! Will defiantly go back!
I have wanted to love this place, but I cannot get over the long wait times and poor customer service. I understand that a restaurant can get busy, but 2 hours for pizza delivery? Not worth your time or money. Get your pizza fix a Slyce instead.

We're honest about delivery times. We are busier than any other place in town and it's not close. It sucks having to apologize for being busy but we have to do it every day. 2 full restaurants, hundreds of pickups and hundreds of deliveries takes time. Our staff prioritizes bar then to-go then pickup and then delivery. Until someone sees the operation, it's impossible for anyone to understand. We're sorry it longer than you wanted it be. If our delivery times ever get to 30 mins it means we're probably going out of business.... read more

The first time we went in we had the Mile High pizza and it was like a slice of heaven. The second time we ordered the Loaded Baked Potato for delivery. It was a bit of a wait because it's Friday, but this place is worth it. That second one was just as delicious as the first! They even called to say they were on their way! What great service. Thank you!
