I placed my order at 6:30 and asked how long for delivery as I was willing to pick it up. They said 75-90 minutes and pickup was 50-60 so I chose delivery. At 9pm they finally arrived (2.5 hours later) and when my son and I opened the boxes it literally looked as though someone flipped the boxes upside down and threw them around a few times (pictures in comments). The computer has no way to know how busy we are. This is why BEFORE you hit submit there is a pop up that says that you must call in for a real time quote. We are in the top 1% in the western part of the US in volume of sales. It's just crazy! We hear each and every one of the complaints about times on these nights and are doing everything we can to help them. We have 2 of the largest ovens in the industry but even still they can only handle so much! We are very very sorry that you are dissatisfied.
This is my absolute favorite pizza, always fresh and delicious! Enough to pull the "I've had a really rough day and just don't feel like cooking" card at least once a week!
The pies are amazing, they're slammed and still bring solid service with exceptional pizza.
I am very disappointed with Krazy Karl's at this point. I love their pizza but the last 5 times we have ordered from there it has gotten severely messed up. We have had two incidences of them losing our order. A couple times of them not even putting in our order in. Not to mention delivery times are extremely long. It will be a long time before coming here again.
