Office was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and yet very professional. Was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went.
Dr did not know reason for visit. Was scheduled for cleaning and instead was seated with dentist. Dentist then stated no one was available to do a cleaning and had to re- schedule. A waste of time!. This office has been steadily declining with worsening customer service over the past 1-2 years.... will be changing offices!
I have been a patient of Kravitz Dental and have had nothing buy positive experiences. Thus my 5 start rating. I have been seen immediately when I have had urgent issues and have always been treated well as a patient.
IKravitz Dental gives Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Attention to their patients. Even when they are at their busiest they take the time to listen and respond as if you are the only patient in the office

I had a cleaning on Monday 9/24/18 and was there at 1:45 for my 2:00 PM apt. I was taken in at 1:50 and the cleaning went perfect. I was out on time and set my next app as I left. Definitively a good experience for me. Thanks.
