THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND THE WALL PAPER HAD BEEN TORN OFF OF THE WALL. IT JUST LOOKED REALLY BAD FOR THIS TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICE.
Dr Eugene did not check Caroles bridge before she left the office. He should have. Also ,the dental assistant who placed the bridge did not check the bite with the blue paper until Carole asked her to.Carole was never asked to check her bridge with a mirror,/. Even a barber has his client check the haircut with a hand mirror.Basically, we would have preferred Dr. Eugene to have been more hands on as opposed to the assistant.Now dont get me wrong, everyone in your office is very nice but I feel that this procedure should have... read more
Vanessa was especially accommodating on adjusting our appointment with very short notice. I knew it was a long shot but it worked out. Thanks again.
