Your dental hygentist was knowledgeable and very helpful during my visit. She gave me coupons and free samples of toothpaste to help strengthen my enamel. My teeth have never been better!
I thought I was going in for a regular cleaning and once I was sitting in the chair I was told I needed a cleaning between and regular cleaning and a deep cleaning which was not covered by my insurance and would have to pay $155. I couldn't take off another day of work, so I had to go through with it. It would have been nice to know beforehand especially since I had seen the dentist a few days earlier for an exam.
I MET THE HYGIENIST AND THE RECEPTIONIST AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.
Vanessa is always nice and Zuleika is excellent. I like both of then a lot.
I was very pleased with the receptionist and dental assistant with rhe cleaning she did.
I had to have two crowns replaced and my family dental plan had recently been changed from HMO to PPO and I didn't fully understand the coverage. When I had completed the molding process and went to the desk to check out and pay I was shocked by what my total was and I was completely unprepared for that amount. That was no ones fault but my own as I should have gotten an estimate before getting the procedure done. Hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable!
I have no complaints at ALL..I love my dental office they are always pleasant and accommodating especially when making financial arrangements. .They understand people are working but yet are maintaining their dental needs as best as possible. .I love this dental practice when its an emergency they do they best to see their patients..Yes I would recommend Kravitz to All the Pope the President The Pimp who ever because they make all their patients feel great even when adults cry scream or become antsy sitting in that sometimes... read more
