I started coming at the start of December and instantly fell in love. It's a good drive from my place but it's always worth it. It's a great environment and everyone there is extremely nice and willing to teach. I'd recommend this to anyone.
RecommendedThere are not enough adjectives to describe how great this place really is. I'm so grateful to Richard and his staff for all of the knowledge they have given me over the years. These are not only world class instructors, they are also good people who care about their students and the community.
I was wary of what class might be like for a beginner. I felt welcomed right from the start by the supportive and helpful staff and each class since is no different. In even the short time since beginning classes, I feel much more comfortable with my self defense skills. HIGHLY recommended for all ages and experience.
Great Instructors, great classes!!! This is hands down the place to train in the Atlanta area for self defense.
