Great place to go if you want to learn self defense and get in shape.
I practice a Korean style of martial arts. Though, it showed me certain techniques, on how to. For me it wasn’t enough...then I heard about Krav Maga...I didn’t know what that was, what it was about. I had to see for myself...then my eyes were opened to a new perspective in self defense. I was showed more focus, a new outlook. And new way to regain confidence...rather then individuality, I learned a broader view...absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt would I recommend Krav Maga!
Sooo much fun! It kicked my ass but hopefully i’ll be kicking ass ���
