I highly recommend Krav Pro! I came in with next to no martial arts experience and pretty out-of-shape, but Krav Pro offers a great program no matter what your experience level or athleticism. I recommend krav pro because it will definitely teach you how to defend yourself properly and effectively to make sure you go home safely. it will build confidence in self,know you are able to defend yourself. it will strengthen you mentally and physically. if you have any previous experience in in fighting or defense it will sharpen your skills as well as teach you new techniques. also it's a family environment here. we all wanna see each other reach their goals!! stop waiting and come join us !!
