Great skills to learn - great staff. Class sizes are a little big, but everyone is engaged so it's ok. Instructors are passionate and knowledgeable - very satisfied with what we're learning. Our whole family is signed up. My husband, me and our 2 elementary school girls.
Krav Pro is the most welcoming environment to learn and train self defense skills, and the discipline of Krav Maga. I initially was nervous to join a class for the first time because I had never seen anything like these classes. My first experience and every experience since I took the step outside my comfort zone have been positive and made me feel empowered. I highly recommend taking that step outside your comfort zone at Krav Pro.
RecommendedI've only been coming here for a month and a half and I love this place and the instructors. They are extremely helpful and motivating. I can say that after almost 2 months I have a lot of confidence in my ability to defend myself. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something active to loose weight or learn to defend themselves.
