This is a five star establishment, with a wonderful staff. These folks seem to be truly interested in equipping me with the ability to react in a high-stress, dangerous situation with a fighter mentality. Before Krav, I believe if I were ever attacked, I would probably freeze up in shock or fear, and be helpless to defend myself. This would no longer be the case! I have been training here for almost three months and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Techniques they teach are very practical an they try to involve as much real world situations as they can so your always prepared. The instructors are extremely helpful an the atmosphere in the whole place just puts you in a good mood every time you walk in.
Definitely the best krav Maga school on the east coast. They don't just train you on technique. They also train you on fight mechanics and no other school teaches you that. No question is a dumb question. The staff will do everything they can to help you achieve your kravist dream. I definitely will give them five stars.
Best experience with what is closest to real gun that can be including real life scenarios ! These guys really know how to make it look real !! Love it love it love it Can't wait for next one !!
I have been going to Krav Pro for over two months now. The staff is very helpful and truly care for their students. My wife and I recommend that you come learn how to "give more than you take." :-)
