He used ************* cheap tile to replace Italian tile, didn't rebuild the bathroom as it was originally designed with a bench inside, didn't grout correctly and now we have mold, didn't seal the sink and water is leaking into the cabinets, didn't use the same color wood to rebuild the cabinets and now they mismatch and again used wholesale flooring which came with holes in it that looks like someone drilled into the package with a bit before it was set. I wish I had read the review "Frustrated Home owner" before hiring Keith. Pretty much everything in that review is happening to us now.
My wife and I recently hired Keith and Monte to design and complete a remodel project for us at our new home in San Diego. They recently completed the job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our home is beautiful and we are very glad we went with them on this project. Everyone knows that remodel projects usually go over budget and past the initial timeline. I hired Keith R****** to remodel my house. At first things went smoothly, Keith was attentive and helpful and promptly returned phone calls and text messages. Then one day things changed, Keith stopped returning phone calls and text messages for weeks at a time. He promised me it wouldn't happen again and to please have faith in him to finish the job.
