I asked for the soft spots in my floor to be repaired. They did come out to fix their mistakes, but it has not been fixed and I will gladly offer anyone who comes to the house an opportunity to see the quality of their work. They reinstalled the toilet, but George Brazil had to come do it correctly. Excellent workmanship
They were on time.they did a great job.
The order was written up and half paid on September 22d, 2021. After four attempts to get a response from **Scott** the very nice sales agent, I have gotten only his assurance that someone from the **home office** will contact me about the status of my order of 335 sq.ft. of outdoor carpet. I guess the domestic shipping problem is holding up my job. Would that someone contact and update me. Otherwise, I have no opinion on the job to date.
