Doctor and his secretary Zina were very rude to me.
The most UNPROFESSIONAL office I’ve ever been to. When you call the office they put you on hold right away and it’s for a while or the RECEPTIONIST will be VERY RUDE I’ve asked to reschedule my appointment and she was speaking with me with an ATTITUDE . I couldn’t even finish my sentence she KEPT HANGING UP on me. She as well called me OBNOXIOUS. My first visit I didn’t even see Dr. Kozhin even though specifically I’ve asked to see him. They asked me to do a sonogram in another room and I had to change afterwards, no privacy... read more
I have been in this practice over 30 years. Absolutely the best knowledgeable experienced doctor !! Zina the secretary is always polite, patient and very accommodating.
