If you live in Connecticut, and you miss France this is the only place to go for a perfect croissant. These have a thin, deeply golden shell that crackles and sheds a few flakes, surrounding an airy, tender center with just a little chew. The smell of unmistakably good butter hits your nose just before you take a bite. The outer layers give a light, audible crackle, then yield to a soft interior.
just perfection. My husband and I are long time lovers of Kouign and will always continue to come here! our anniversary cake was from Kouign and we cant wait to do it again. i will always advise to always get a KOUIGN! there's a reason why it runs out and why its named that. They are that good.
One of the best bakeries we’ve ever been to. Menu changes with the seasons and everything is high quality. A must try!
