If I ever need or know anyone in or around Brainerd mn that needs work done on their roof or anything else I will be calling Koska construction again. Loren went far beyond my expectations and did an incredible job. We had put off our roof replacement for as long as we could and started getting estimates together. I had an odd roofing situation that needed to get taken quickly while I was out of town. Luckily they made the repair process quick, easy and painless. I was even able to handle the billing procedure remotely which was a huge help considering the situation. Highly recommend!

If you are in need of siding, roofing, amongst other services..... I would highly recommend Koska Construction. It was a pleasure to work with Loren. He was always on time, including the dates his contractors would be working. There was one time that he had to reschedule a date his contractor would be out. We knew in advance of the reschedule as well as the new date the work would be completed,, which was always honored.
