My husband and I always buy local when at all possible but I'm afraid the customer service that Korvin always advertises was not evident today. I ordered a part for a refrigerator and got the wrong part not once, not twice, but 3 times! Two months later & I'm still waiting for the correct piece. You would think I would get a credit of some sort for the 4 times I have been in the store to sort this out & the aggravation but apparently they have no interest in keeping my business.
My kitchen stove died on Monday and Korvin had the perfect replacement for me in just a couple of days, better than any of the big box stores and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!
