I have been absolutely disgusted by my service with Korvin. After my dad recommended them because he worked with them for many years, their service has been horrible! I bought an entire kitchen of appliances only to find out that they couldn't get my refrigerator after they charged me for it because of the COVID pandemic so even though I was quite upset, I could deal with it. Then I get called and said it is in and they would deliver today but the called the wrong number that they have never called before to give me the time... read more
RecommendedI picked up Speed Queen washer this afternoon. It was easy and the staff was patient and welcoming. Buy local. Buy American
spent 1600 dollars on a brand new washer and dryer....Korvin delivered and was supposedto set up both. Apparently the delivery team was overwhelmedby the complexity of connecting the dryer to the exhaust in the wall..... literally it took me ten minutes to securely connect the dryer to the exhaust. i do not connect dryers to the exhaust for a living, nor do i sell appliances, surely if i have absolutely no problem connecting a dryer, why would Korvin.? The staff was very helpful. Online comparisons also helped us make out choices for HE Washer and Dryer by Maytag. Love the machines! Very time and energy efficient! The pedestals make loading much easier for me, too!

I recently purchased a new dishwasher at Korvins. Their repairman came and looked at my 15 year old dishwasher and determined that it would need a new motor. I opted to buy a new dishwasher instead. I shopped online and at the local stores that sell appliances. Korvin's prices were very competitive and I was able to look at the various dishwashers they sell on their web page.
