My experience at Kopit was very positive from the moment I walked in. As a new patient I received detailed explanations for all questions I had. I was very hesitant about going to the dentist during COVID. But my fears were relieved as I experienced the precautions taken at Kopit. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist during these difficult times.
The appointment went very smooth. There was no wait, they checked my temp at the door, staff was very friendly as usual. Everything was clean and tidy. They had hand sanitizer available if one would want to use it. My hygienist was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Also met a new (to me) doc today and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years and will certainly continue to.
I was impressed with how easy it was to make an appointment for an unexpected issue with my teeth. The assistant and the dentist treated me with great respect for my concerns and were able to diagnose the issue quickly.
As the title says, many of us don't look forward to going to the dentist but at Kopit Dental Care in Frederick Maryland that changes. Dr. Pesin and his staff take great care to ensure that every patient feels cared for and understands what will be happening every step of the way. The Kopit team is always very professional, organized, and polite. They have really made every experience for me enjoyable with effective scheduling and coordination, and they provide excellent dental care, from cleaning to advisement to repair work. Highly recommended!!
