First time patient there, as prior dentist didn't accept our insurance. Getting signed in and filling out forms was simple and straightforward. Rachel (usually out of Urbana location) was my dental assistant, and walked me through everything that she would do. Very kind, gentle (believe me I don't enjoy my teeth/gums being worked on, but who does?), and when able, engaging in pleasant conversation. Thorough in every aspect of checking my teeth and gums.
