My first visit to Kopit proved to be completely satisfying. In fact, their service to me was more than satisfactory. I give them an A++ both for their dental service (exam and cleaning) and their kind consideration of my needs throughout my time with them--from the front desk ladies to the staff in the exam room.

My first visit at this center is a 5 star rating. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming. My scheduled appointment was on time. They have up to date equipment, and the environment is very pleasing and clean. The service provided by the assistant, hygienist and Dr dentist were very thorough, gentle and detailed. I did not feel pushed or harassed to have any procedures and was only informed on relevant risk areas and future issues. These past years, my teeth have been deteriorating, which, upon eating, was causing food to get caught in the gaps. Dr. Pesin drew up a plan to, not only put in 8 crowns, but, help my bite as well. While I was in the dental chair, Dr. Pesin was faced with several different challenges, but displayed neither anger nor frustration. Instead, he "pulled a new one" from up his sleeve!
