Sady Ahmed, she is a very nice lady. I will tell anybody that is looking 4 a car go 2 Koons Automotive and ask 4 Sady. She help us out a lot we love our car so much. Although we had issues immediately after the purchase of the car and some poor customer service from Josh Koons, we spoke with Orlando the general manager and he was very helpful and much more respectful.
My experience with Koons was an excellent one. I had the opportunity to work with Sady. She was polite, friendly and honest; which was key...Best car buying salesperson I EVER had....She also gave GREAT car buying advise...I was pleased with the car she found me as well as the price...This young lady was nothing but Professional and cared about me as a customer...THANK YOU SADY!!!😁

Sada, was a Great Sales person and have Great Customer Services. She done everything she could for me, and I really appreciate that. Her and the staff was very friendly and had a lot of patience. I would definitely recommend, Sada is very honest and up front with You.... Which I loved. My son is 6 years of age and they showed him love, trying to get him in the Lexus he wants. Over all I had A Great Experience.
We purchased a 2017 jetta from this dealership. When we bought it, we requested to have the cupholders and splash shield under the car replaced as they were both broken. they only agreed to fix the cupholders. On the 6th day of owning it we noticed some debris down the side of the car and discovered that the axle boot was torn. We took it back to the dealership on the 7th day and were told the axle needed to be replaced but Koons would only cover half of it. We also found out that nothing had been done about the cup holders.... read more
