The dealers representative was very helpful and courteous during our visit to review of the vehicle we requested.
They responded in about 1 day, only to tell me that the Ranger I was looking at was sold and they hadn't taken the listing down yet.
The car advertised on car gurus was not the car they tried to sell me. The car pictured on car gurus was a sedan. I made an offer on the car that was accepted. The day that I was supposed to pick up the car I asked for a list of options. I could see the car was not the same trim level as the car I offered on. So I asked for a pic. The pic revealed they were trying to sell me a hatchback.

Its not what i recommend its who. her name is sady ahmed. She was very polite ,very respectful she was so knowledgeable there was no question she could not answer. SADY IS GREAT. ASK FOR SADY AT ALL TIMES. We were in the market to buy a Range Rover Evoque for our son. My wife she found the Range Rover we wanted at Koons Automotive of Fredericksburg South on Facebook. So I went there to check the Car and first when I entered I saw this young lady Sales Rep. closing a deal with other customers, so she introduce herself as Sady.
