I enjoyed my car buying experience at Koons Automotive of Fredericksburg. Justen made my car buying very easy. I went on line and said what I was interested in and he found a ford explorer that I could not say no to. It is a beautiful fully loaded SUV that my husband and I enjoy driving.
My husband and I just came into the dealership to look and get prices on cars. Beverly Riley was amazing in answering all our questions and getting us something that we liked and payments that worked for us. It was not our intention to get a car this past weekend but we drove out of there with it and its was the best decision ever.. Thanks Beverly and Koons
Me and my Husband had the most “AMAZING” experience with Doug on yesterday. He took his time with us we went on test drives and made us feel like we were the only ones he was taking care. We ended up buying a vehicle from them. Kudos to Sabrina the financial wiz. She helped with our financial situation and made it work!!!! I will definitely recommend anyone with a financial situation and in need of car ask for Doug/Katie. THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH!!!!
Well what can I say about a great and experience. Doug and the whole crew treated me and my wife like we have known them for years. Great customer service with a down home feel for people and for doing things the right way... And one thing I can respect is when someone says you have my word on it and you return and they keep there word..Orlando you kept your word!!! And to all that helped I thank you all, Sabrina you are awesome! Thanks Katie, Jason,and again Doug for going above and beyond!!!!
