I had a wonderful experience with Koons. I am a first time buyer and had a seamless experience by all staff. I was particularly working with Justen who kept in constant communication with me even before I stepped foot into the dealership and answered all of my hundred questions through email. The exact car I wanted was actually sold a day before I got to dealer so he searched the inventory and found be me a much nicer one for only $1,500 more. Met the kindest staff, Justen! :D He was very eager and took all the time to discuss about our deal thoroughly. And he did not showed tiredness of answering all tons of questions we had for him.
I went here when koons of Culpeper ignored me. Rose was a great sales person and the finance manager really tried to get me approved but the banks were being a headache. I really recommend them if your credit score is over 500. They didnt get me into a car but they were nice people and tried their hardest. Luckily I was able to find a dealership who had more options with banks and I did get approved for a 2013 dodge Durango fully loaded which I love. Once i fix my credit I'd deffiantly come back for a trade in.
