Rose is the best person I've ever had to deal with when it came to buying a car even though I didn't purchase the car she was very informative and when I get my down payment together that's where I'm going oh and they did try to work with me but I said I just wanted to down payment thanks Rose see you next week

The team was very professional. Dylan, Justen and Orlando was very caring and asked me questions about what type of vehicle I wanted they completed my paper work and I was very pleased with the vehicle I drove off the lot. Other dealerships were cold and did not take time to get to know my needs and what I would be comfortable driving. It was just the opposite at Koons. I left very satisfied.
