Great inventory and awesome service! This dealership goes the extra length to make sure you leave a happy and satisfied customer. From my salesman Holden to the finance manager Sabrina, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and service oriented. It is nice to know that buying a vehicle does not have to be a headache.
After searching high and low for my dream car I decided to call into Koons South. I spoke with a salesman Holden who shared my excitement for the car I am looking for. I have been looking for a blue 2016 Ford Mustang GT premium for a long time and every other dealer tried to sell me something similar but never want I wanted. Holden is working with me to find and purchase this specific car and have is delivered to the dealership. This is the best customer service I have ever seen.

I stopped by Koons south while I was out on a test drive on a car from another dealership in the area. I had seen that koons had the same car with lower miles at a better price so I wanted to see if it was as good as it looked. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Holden who was awesome. The people at this dealership has always been good to us when we were looking for vehicles, the main salesman that we talked to his name is Justin and he was fantastic, he found us exactly what my husband wanted which is somewhat difficult. Justen was very helpful and friendly. He was nice enough to sit in the back seat of a coupe while we did a test drive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Even though they didn’t have the car we wanted, we enjoyed our test driving experience.
This was our first purchase from Koons. We purchased a used vehicle and dealt with Justin and Orlando. There were no unnecessary fees added on like some other dealerships, which pretty much eliminates the need for a lot of negotiations. I’m still a bit old school, so that is different for me. It is however less stressful and we were satisfied with the price of the vehicle.
