My 10 yr old had a appt today to get some work done, and I must say my experience there was very wonderful, my daughter had to have a cavity filled and a extraction done with no problem! Very professional and kind, my daughter didn't even know she had a tooth extracted from her mouth, nor did she know she was getting stuck with a needle to numb her!! So thank you Kool Smiles!!! My daughter needed two wisdom and one back tooth pulled by an Oral Surgeon. So they had us make a consultation appt., which the Oral Surgeon was not even at. But supposively another dentist look at the xrays and said everything was fine. We make the appt for the extractions, however when she goes for her appt today he could only pull the back tooth not the wisdom teeth because they are to complicated and she needs to be sedaited and he is a traveling Oral Surgeon and if something happens he will not be available. My daughter apartment was yesterday at 2 o'clock and she didn't get seen until 3:30 and didn't come out until 4:30 that's too long got to get better
My experience yesterday was great. They were very patient with my kids and me. I will definitely be going back. First time in over a month I've woken up without pain.
My experience was horrible!!! I was supposed to have had surgery on 3 teeth yesterday & couldn't becsuse kool smiles failed to call me before driving all the way to danville va for appointment to have surgery that i had to pay 630 out of pocket because they said my insurance co would only cover $80 per tooth! !! I was upset and in pain....smh.
