went to kool smiles yesterday and let me just say i know people are afraid of the dentist but i had the best experience with everyone helping me relax i recommend them to anyone good teeth bad teeth they got you

Got a tooth pulled by the younger man went back the next week cause I was in bad pain the women dentist said I just had food in it she cleaned it. 2 days later still in really bad pain. I went to another dentist that didn't accept my ins paid out of pocket for another xray where they confirmed that I still had pieces of tooth left and exposed nerve. I was also not given any antibiotics or after treatment care. Have contacted office numerous times trying to file a complaint with office manger and never get a call back. Worst ... read more
