I didn’t have a serious issue with this office until We decided to go elsewhere. We made the decision to take our children to another dentist because Kool Smiles policy say our children are to old to be accompanied by the parents. That’s fine, no big deal. The reason for the poor review is that I’m being harassed by their call service. The first call I explained that we have switched and please remove me from your call list. Today visit was so good. My son karter always looks forward to coming here. The staff is always so polite and friendly. Thank you so much Alexis for being so friendly and sweet to my son karter.

Very nice staff. My son had a wonderful visit. The hygienist was very sweet. Everything was wonderful. Will be back in the future.
Jaymie is always awesome when we go in for the kids 6 month visits! Today we had Charlotte and Mr. Richards for a filling. They explained everything clearly to my son and were patient and kind to him throughout the process. It was evident that his well-being was the priority.
