I have never had no problems with Kool Smiles and I loved the care they put into it when they extracted my teeth.. I had over 10 teeth pulled and they were awesome with me and the process... loved the nurse( Lindsey) and the doctor( dr. Petty)!!! Thank u for making me feel comfortable

The Dr there is great!!! He made me and my daughter feel very comfortable
We will never be setting foot in this place again. We waited for 2.5 hours only to have to make another appointment to come back to actually fix the problem a week and a half later while my daughter is in pain. The staff seriously lacked knowledge and didn't show any real concern for the wellbeing of my child (who sat in the dentist chair alone for over an hour). I'm not even including what happened at the visit before this one. I highly recommend taking your children ANYWHERE else!!
Sandie was amazing with my daughter!!! The doctor didn't even let my daughter know she was getting a shot in her mouth ( she is afraid of needles)!! Just amazing people!!
Dont even get me started..never again..my son has a phobia of Nurses..They yelled at him..oh I came unglued..
