3 hours for a simple checkup is uncalled for
They have been such a great help. And have done a great job! I would definitely recommend this office to many people
... well it left a lot to be desired definately looking for better services locally
tho they are good for teeth cleaning for kids i do not reccomend them for pediatric procedures! the one dr doesnt like using sedation even tho a parent signs for it.
Want to give a shout out to Lindsey, Sandi and Dr. Brunski for a great experiences I had with y’all on today they were very nice worked me in there schedule and shout out to Lindsey once again thank you all very much....
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Very rude. Also cannot schedule correctly and half the time don’t know what the heck the patient is coming in for. Showed up on time (5 mins early) and had to wait and hour and a half to be called back for an APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR 8. I wouldn’t recommend going through kool smiles for any of your little ones. I will never come back here.
Awesome environment, the staff is amazing and kind!
I took my son to his appointment yesterday and he told the dental assistant that he couldn't breathe. When I went into the room this lady kept flapping her gums and even threatened to put my son in a straight jacket.
