My 17 yr old daughter was denied care at their Broadway office in Louisville KY stating that they don't do caps, they only do"kid" stuff and they would only clean her teeth! Despite several advertisements saying they do. There's not a district office number that I can find to file a formal complaint and demand an explanation. The place is a scam and ripping off the medical insurance companies!
