The worst place to go. After waiting over a hour and a half to go back smelling the horrible smell of a child who's diaper needed to be changed (not to mention the bathroom was discusting) the back was worse than the front. Dirty dirty dirty !! Needless to say we left. The only thing that was pleasant about this was the blonde lady at the reception desk
Wait time is ridiculous. They don't care about the time patients have to wait.
I brought my Son in today to get his braces on, Jaime was great working with my Son. He was so nervous about getting braces but she helped ease his mind about the process. She was very informative with us in everything she was doing while she was doing it.

The Ortho staff has been amazing since they changed over. I had 1 uncomfortable incident with my child a few months ago, and Justin went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Since then, its been smooth sailing. I don't have many positive experiences with the regular dental staff and the waiting area can be a bit much with parents unwilling to control their children. I would still recommend using their Ortho services. The staff is top notch.
I will start by saying the staff is great, however every till we've come it has been at least an hr wait. That's excessive and they don't bother to say anything about it. I'm giving then one more chance then I'm bringing my kids elsewhere.
Lauren and Justin were amazing. They both took the time to answer our questions. They also made sure my child was a hundred percent comfortable after the braces were put on. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Lauren and Justin!
