HORRIBLE and un-compassionate. They scared my daughter (who was 4), were rough with her and completely botched her procedure. They were rude to myself and my husband. You couldn't PAY ME to go back to this horrid place.

Yesterday Winta worked on my sons teeth and she always does awesome. We love coming to Kool Smiles. We had a cleaning, sealants, and a ortho check and were out within an hour and a half. Thank you so much!!
Worst experience ever. I had to take a document to my husband to sign (he works 20 mins away from their locstion) and bring it back to him before they would see my daughter. Onky to find out that he could fill it out on line. So we had to reschedule the appointment. My daughter was seen 30 minutes after for appointment time. After her cleaning she was put back in the waiting room as she needed to have 3 teeth pulled. We sat in the waiting room for over a hour. My 17 yr old daughter was denied care at their Broadway office in Louisville KY stating that they don't do caps, they only do"kid" stuff and they would only clean her teeth! Despite several advertisements saying they do. There's not a district office number that I can find to file a formal complaint and demand an explanation. The place is a scam and ripping off the medical insurance companies!
