I've been sitting here over a hour and a half and still not seen. But if I'm more than 15 minutes late then I have to reschedule.
They called my child within 10 minutes of being there. That was amazing but the problem came in cause my son needed a doctor's release done before they would clean his teeth. It took forever between them & the doctor's office. In the meantime my daughter was still waiting. She didn't need a release form done so I couldn't understand why it was taking so long to clean her teeth. Finally they cleaned her teeth & finally my son got his clean. It was ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:00 and by 4:00 my son still was not seen but was in the dentist chair. They continued to call people back before finishing up with the clients they had back there. Like I said my appointment was at 2:00 and I didnt get out of there until 5:05... they really need to learn not to book so many appointments in one day!!
Daughters appointment was at 11:15 got here at 10:50 to fill out paperwork...here it is 12pm still haven't been seen and there were 3 people that got here after me that are already in the back...will be looking for another dentist!!!
My kids appointment time was at 12pm and I got there a few minutes early to fill out paper work again. And at 1220pm I asked them how much longer it was going to be and they told me it would be another hour before my kids would be seen. I told her my appointment time was at 12pm why is it taking so long. So I rescheduled there appointment for another day. I didn't have time to wait for them to be seen. Wasn't very happy with them...
