We visit kool smiles today & we had a great visit Ruhi,Kim,kasha, & Monique were great & has positive attitudes & has excellent customer service skills.
Ruhi cleaned my baby Teeth. She was great. Monique was great she interacted with the patients as well as the parent's. We will be back again. 👍😘💜.
I had to wait an hour before my daughter was called
Monique was a great help she really made things better
Monique was awesome and helped my son get over his fear.
The Dentist was rude my granddaughter is three and when she going to clean her teeth my granddaughter shot her mouth and was crying so the dentist rolls her eyes and says can someone come help me hold her so I got other patients I told the dentist don't be making and be irritated as three-year-old when you're coming at her with the metal pick and she chooses to cry because she's scared and it's not her fault that you over scheduled your appointments for today never will my granddaughter go back there again I told the nurse t... read more
My daughters appointment was at 11:00, at 1:00 I went to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. The older lady working there said "whenever we get a room available we will call you back!". She never even looked up from her computer. Once we FINALLY got to the back the dentist and her assistant was very nice but they were being pulled in different rooms so we waited another 30 minutes or more. You schedule too many people, people that come for appointments shouldn't have to wait almost and hour to be told you are and hour behind and that you need to feel out new paperwork.
